Bertie's Sweet Chilli

Ham & Cheese Baguette

This is one of our favourite things to make using Bertie Chippington’s ‘Crazy Muddy Flipper’ Hot Pepper Sauce. It’s quick, easy but most of all it’s delicious.

 

Ingredients...

Some leftover gammon joint.

2 Tablespoons Bertie Chippington’s ‘Crazy Muddy Flipper’ Hot Pepper Sauce.

2 Tablespoons of Honey

Some Stilton cheese (or whatever cheese you fancy).

A fresh baguette.

 

What you do is...

Cut the leftover gammon roughly into 1cm x 1cm x 3cm chunks.

In a pan or a wok add 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of Bertie Chippington’s ‘Crazy Muddy Flipper’ Hot Pepper Sauce and stir together over a medium heat.

Add the gammon and cook for 5 minutes until the gammon is cooked through.

Turn the heat up slightly and continue to cook until the sauce reduces down to a glaze.

Serve onto a freshly baked baguette and cover with Stilton or your favourite blue/cheese.

 

Finally, put into your face and eat.
